Angela Harms
Chief Financial Officer
Mrs. Harms leads the firm’s finance and HR functions and advises the executive team in all areas of operations, including strategic planning, establishing and monitoring key performance metrics, and the selection, purchase and subsequent integration of acquired businesses. She has over 30 years of experience providing accounting services, tax planning and representation before tax agencies, business consulting, family office services, start-up planning, and M&A transaction support for a variety of businesses.
Before joining Mark Edward Partners, Mrs. Harms was a partner at Templeton & Company, a Florida-based top 100 regional public accounting firm where she advised Mark Edward Partners in addition to other clients. Prior to Templeton, she was a partner at the accounting firms L. Stephen Hart and Cloyd & Associates.
Mrs. Harms is a Certified Public Accountant, (CPA) and a Certified Global Management Accountant, (CGMA) and a graduate of Eastern Kentucky University in Richmond, Kentucky with a Bachelor of Science in Business Administration. She is a member of the AICPA, FICPA and KYCPA Societies.
