Mr. Guerin leads the firm’s broking and client management strategy, ensuring that every client’s specific insurance needs are met, and the highest levels of service are delivered. He is a 25-year industry veteran with a proven record of achievement at several leading insurance brokers.
Prior to joining Mark Edward Partners, he was Executive Managing Director at Frank Crystal & Company, leading the acquisition of large, complex middle market and risk management accounts. Prior to Crystal, he created highly successful merger and acquisition business units at both Willis Group and Lockton, Inc., personally working on thousands of transactions in the private equity community and becoming widely regarded as one of the most experienced transactional professionals in the industry. He has also held various risk management positions at both Pall Corporation, a Fortune 500 company, and Lehman Brothers.
Mr. Guerin is also a Chartered Property Casualty Underwriter and a graduate of the University of Scranton, Mr. Guerin has a Bachelor of Science in Economics/Finance.
